Sensitivity corrections Take these general rules when making adjustments:
* Turn the two sensitivity adjustment potentiometers clockwise to increase the sensitivity.
* When the two sensitivity controls are adjusted well, the red light is on. Indicates that there is "presence" of material on the probe. The green light is on. Indicates (none) material exists.
* The installation method is horizontal or vertical. To ensure stable operation of the equipment, it should be warmed up for 5 minutes. Adjust position and indicator See illustration.
A) Measure the non-conductive material, adjust the fine (P) sensitivity control to the middle position, then slowly adjust the coarse (c) sensitivity until the status light has just turned green, note the position of “empty”. Then, insert the probe into the material re-adjustment (n sensitivity control (does not touch the coarse adjustment sensitivity) just change to the red point, note its position. Note the difference between the two marks, and re-adjust the fine (P) sensitivity control to two The middle position of the mark, this is a complete debugging process.

2) Time delay
L2000-C includes 0-30 seconds adjustable time delay, delay open, delay off mode. The typical use of this mode is to eliminate the (jitter) control relay or to control the cycle sequence.

Radio Frequency Admittance Level Meter Quick Calibration Method
1. Connect the probe and header in the correct way and connect the power supply. Pay attention to the correct power supply voltage. Warm up for 3 minutes.
2. The adjustable range of 3 potentiometers on the instrument panel is in the range of 8 o'clock to 4 o'clock. It can not rotate 360 ​​degrees, otherwise it will damage the potentiometer. The green light represents the normal state, and the red light represents the alarm state.
3, potentiometer F - on behalf of fine tuning (referred to as F): potentiometer C - on behalf of coarse adjustment (referred to as C); potentiometer DLY - represents the delay output (referred to as DLY): delay time 0-30 seconds), can Set or close arbitrarily.
4. In general, place the FALLSAFE insert on the L position and close the delay (counterclockwise rotation).
5. Place F on the l 2 o'clock position, adjust C, and hit the critical point at the 10 --- 2 o'clock position (turn the green light clockwise first to the red light, and then turn the red light counterclockwise to the green light Location), this location is called the supervision point. If the red light is already on after power on, then adjust C counterclockwise, and when the red light turns green, it is the critical point.
6. Adjust F again clockwise to find a more precise tipping point. The green status should be displayed.
