1.The products are machined by Japan Brother CNC precision equipments, which can ensure surface finish and dimensional tolerance within +/-0.005mm.
2.We clean the products with ultrasonic,which can make sure that air hole is clear without aluminum scraps leaving.
3.In order to increase the hardness and brilliance, We do sand blasting after anodised on whole surface.Colors can be customized according to customer pantone.
4.100% inspection before shipment,meanwhile, Each product must be packed with foam bags to prevent the product from damage again.
