The above-mentioned behaviors do not comply with the relevant provisions on the production consistency management in the management of the Road Motor Vehicle Manufacturing Enterprises and Products Announcement (hereinafter referred to as the "Announcement"). According to the "Decision of the State Council on Establishing Administrative Licensing for Administrative Approval Items Needed to Be Retained" (Order No. 412 of the State Council), Article 68 of the Administrative Licensing Law of the People's Republic of China, and the Second Law of the People's Republic of China on Administrative Punishment Article 13, "Automotive Industry Development Policy" (National Development and Reform Commission Order No. 8) Article 22 and other relevant provisions, the Ministry of the Department of the following administrative penalties for your company:
1. Order your company to stop producing and selling YBL6121H1QP passenger car products;
2. Instruct your company to carry out a six-month rectification. After the rectification is completed, our department will check the rectification situation;
3. Suspension of your company's "Announcement" new product declaration qualification during the rectification period.
If you are dissatisfied with this penalty decision, you may apply to the Ministry for administrative reconsideration within 60 days from the date of receipt of this penalty decision or file an administrative lawsuit with the people's court within 6 months. The period of reconsideration or litigation does not affect the execution of this penalty decision.
