Calculation of ore consumption

If the amount of other raw materials in the sinter is determined (such as furnace dust, rolled steel, fuel, etc.), the ore consumption can be determined according to the material balance.
Aa'=P p ′+D d ′+M m ′+Za′ (1)
Where A———the amount of sintered ore that is fired;
P, D, M———the amount of ore, furnace dust and rolled steel required for the production of unit sinter;
P', d', m' - - the content of the corresponding ore, furnace dust, rolling steel into the sinter, that is, the residual amount of each material;
Z———the amount of coke ash entering the sinter;
a'————relative to the amount of sinter, generally a'=1.0
Therefore, the consumption of ore

And d', m', a are correspondingly added - FeO d ', m', a (see design example calculation example).
Example:
1000 kg sinter provided sinter dust into the furnace 200 kg, mill scale 30 kg, 80 kg of fuel, iron ore aqueous 5.0%, FeO0%. 6% aqueous dusts containing C4.0%, FeO10.0%, dry rolling FeO30.1%, dry fuel containing 12% ash. Ore consumption (excluding oxygen changes)
