The management method also stipulates that parking in the parking lot fully invested by the government, parking time within 30 minutes is free of parking service fees. Parking in hospitals, train stations, long-distance bus stations, colleges and universities, funeral homes and other commercial parking lots, parking time within 30 minutes is free of parking fees. Parking in commercial parking lots other than hospitals, train stations, coach stations, colleges and universities, funeral homes, and parking fees within 15 minutes.
The Xi'an Municipal Price Bureau said that the 15 minutes and 30 minutes free of charge provided by the Administrative Measures means that the motorized vehicle will not be parked for more than 15 minutes or 30 minutes, and if the parking time exceeds 15 minutes or 30 minutes, the corresponding free policy will not be enjoyed.
