2. Water enters the diesel engine. Due to the condensation of water and air in the air, the water droplets are attached to the inner wall of the fuel tank and flow into the diesel oil, causing the diesel water content to exceed the standard. Such diesel oil enters the engine high-pressure oil pump and will corrode the precision coupling parts. ——Plunger, serious damage to the unit, regular maintenance can be avoided.

4, the three filter replacement cycle (wood filter, machine filter, air filter, water filter) filter is used to filter diesel, oil or water, in order to prevent impurities into the body, but in the diesel oil, impurities are not The existence of avoidance, so the filter plays an important role in the operation of the unit, but at the same time these oil or impurities are deposited on the wall of the filter, so that the filter capacity of the filter is reduced, too much deposit, the oil path will not be unblocked. Therefore, when the oil machine is running, the oil will be shocked due to the inability of the oil supply (like human hypoxia). Therefore, during the use of the normal generator set, we recommend: First, the common unit replaces the three filters every 500 hours; The standby unit replaces the three filters every two years; 5. 6. Lubrication system and seals Due to the chemical characteristics of lubricating oil or oil ester and iron filings generated after mechanical wear, these not only reduce its lubrication effect, but also accelerate the damage of parts, and at the same time, because the lubricating oil has rubber seals. Certain corrosion effects, and the oil seal itself is also aging at any time to reduce the sealing effect.

7. The output of the engine power of the fuel and gas distribution system is mainly that the fuel is burned in the cylinder and the fuel is sprayed through the injector. This causes the deposited carbon to deposit on the injector and sprays with the increase of the deposition amount. The fuel injection quantity of the nozzle will be affected to some extent, resulting in the timing of the ignition advance angle of the injector being inaccurate, the fuel injection amount of each cylinder of the engine is not uniform, and the working state is not stable, so the cleaning of the fuel system and the replacement of the filter components are performed regularly. The oil supply is unblocked, and the gas distribution system is adjusted to make it evenly ignited.
