What are we missing for the development of autonomous automatic transmissions?

Editor's note: China United Industrial Co., Ltd. is led by the National Development and Reform Commission, domestic FAW, SAIC, Dongfeng, Chang'an, Brilliance, Geely, Chery and other major automotive companies, jointly established automatic transmission technology development agencies, focusing on R & D The key technologies of automatic transmissions and the formation of a common technology platform in China. The main purpose is to change the current status of China's automatic transmissions that are completely dependent on imports, so as to enhance the core competitiveness of the automotive industry.

Car prices hard

In recent years, although China's auto and auto parts have flourished in independent brands, they still rely on the introduction of some key technologies such as engines, transmissions, and electronic technologies. In automatic transmissions, except for a few companies such as Shanghai General Motors, which have introduced production without mastery of technology, others rely entirely on imports. The annual light import fee is as high as several hundred billion yuan. This does not mean that some multinational suppliers have been adopting Chinese cooperation and then technology for market expansion to expand the Chinese market because of concerns about technical leakage in some key auto parts, but they also require domestic manufacturers to import their own production of those who have autonomy. The key components of intellectual property rights, and therefore refuse to sell components with certain technical content to domestic auto companies. Not long ago, Changfeng Automobile intended to purchase parts and components such as multinational automatic transmissions, advanced passenger car diesel technology, and ECU parts. However, Changfeng Automobile was rejected because multinational suppliers were concerned about technical leakage in some key areas. Domestic car companies have already reached the stage where they must develop their own core components.

In the field of passenger vehicles, Chery, Geely and other self-owned car companies have increased their efforts in the research and development of automatic transmissions. Chery Automobile is one of the earliest independent brand enterprises in China to introduce automatic transmission models to the market. In the year of 2003, Chery Automobile's economical sedan QQ was equipped with AMT of Italian Marelli Co., Ltd., and on the medium-sized sedan Cowin, a mechanical continuously variable transmission (CVT) derived from BMW technology was used, and Shenyang was used on the middle of the luxury sedan. Aerospace Mitsubishi's AT. Now Chery is in the process of industrializing CVT with independent intellectual property rights. Chery also plans to invest 2.4 billion yuan in CVT projects, and plans to build a production line of 200,000 CVTs by 2010. In addition, the more advanced DCT dual clutch automatic transmission is also expected to mass production in the next 3-4 years. FAW Group's automatic transmission plans to achieve volume production of AMT and DCT dual-clutch automatic transmissions in the next 10 years.

In commercial vehicles, commercial vehicle transmission companies such as Fast are also working hard at automatic transmissions. Although Fast is relatively weak in the field of automatic transmissions, Fast is still working hard to develop automatic transmissions with proprietary intellectual property rights.

Businesses have recognized the urgency of developing autonomous automatic transmissions and have already put into action. However, to promote the rapid development of automatic transmission and to shorten the gap with the world's advanced level as soon as possible, it is not enough to rely solely on the efforts of enterprises. This requires the support of the government's competent departments and the joint efforts of relevant associations.

National support

Government departments must realistically implement incentive policies for self-development. Taxes and incentives for autonomous development of automatic transmissions should be provided in the form of taxation measures, such as the introduction of a modest income tax levy, encouraging export tax refunds, import prototypes, and tests. Instrument materials are given tariff reductions and so on. In terms of credit, the government should expand the financing channels of non-manual transmission companies, increase the support for its loans, improve the credit assessment mechanism, and expand the scale of state-owned commercial banks' loans. Coordinating with relevant departments, accelerating the launch of the GEM market, and establishing and improving support for scientific research funding at the same time.

At the same time, the government should encourage and support the development of industrial clusters, guide and regulate transmission companies to take the road of industrial accumulation, support industrial clusters and parks to do a good job in the construction of public service facilities, encourage the development of leading enterprises, and promote the implementation of brand strategy. In accordance with the "Guiding Catalogue for National Industrial Structure Adjustment," speed up industrial adjustment and explore the establishment of a market withdrawal mechanism for backward SMEs with high energy consumption, low grade, and poor technical capabilities, and increase the competitiveness of the entire industry through integration. In respect of technical protection, it is necessary to strengthen cooperation with related departments, further implement the protection measures for intellectual property rights of enterprises, and further improve the ability of transmission enterprises to create, use and maintain intellectual property rights.

After creating a good environment for development, the government must help improve the quality and management of transmission companies. Strengthen its training work and effectively improve the quality of the workforce. In conjunction with the implementation of the "Basic Standards for Corporate Internal Control" of 4 ministries and commissions such as the Ministry of Finance, the company will continue to carry out enterprise management training and promote enterprise management. Learn and adopt advanced management concepts, methods and methods at home and abroad, promote management innovation, and guide enterprises to strengthen internal management and increase efficiency.

In order to encourage competent companies to actively conduct R&D of non-manual transmissions, the SASAC can use certain administrative levers. For example, when assessing corporate leaders, independent development should be listed as an important assessment. Allowing companies to enjoy preferential policies in all aspects, all-round mobilization of the company's independent research and development enthusiasm. In addition, the government must use policy levers to regulate foreign investment structures and encourage foreign investment in R&D and production of high-end products in China. Foreign companies must establish R&D institutions when establishing joint ventures.

In the development of automatic transmissions in China, despite the support of the government, the functions of the association must not be lacking.

Association Communication

The development of automatic transmissions requires the exchange of data with other systems such as the engine and the chassis. Only in this way can the automatic transmission be coordinated with other systems to optimize the performance of the automatic transmission. Therefore, domestic companies in the automotive industry need to work together. In addition, the core technologies of China's current automatic transmission and engine electronically controlled high pressure common rail system are in the hands of foreign-funded enterprises, and we have no autonomy. All these require the China National Automobile Industry Association, the Chinese Internal Combustion Engine Industry Association, and the China Gear Professional Association to strengthen communication and provide convenience for cooperation among enterprises.

Secondly, the association shall formulate the AMT technical industry evaluation standards as soon as possible based on the advantages of self-sufficiency and gather all forces and wisdom. With the standards, the industry can only have the common language of automatic transmissions before an objective, fair and scientific evaluation of automatic transmission products can be made. Only by communicating and dialogue with foreign counterparts can we build a technical barrier for the industry. This will accelerate the achievement of industrial technology leapfrogging and product upgrading, so as to facilitate the industry and its key enterprises to participate in the global competition of auto parts.

Pet Food Extruding Line is used to produce dry pet food for dog, cat, fish, bird, horse, rabbit, etc.

Pet Food Extruding Line focuses on the production of feeds for animals with a high emotional value but low economic usefulness, apart from the aspect of breeding. Nonetheless, balancing the components and gentle processing are at the center of the related quality considerations. Extrusion is therefore increasingly proving to be the right tool for modern Pet food. A complete feed, fed as a diet over a prolonged period of time, must ensure the vitality of the animal and prevent deficiencies. This is quite a challenge to the feed manufacturer in terms of the selection and composition of the raw materials, their optimal processing, and effective quality assurance. A large number of pet food products are made by extrusion.
