It is generally suitable for selected operations or small and medium concentrators. The Φ1200mm magnetic separator is a large-scale equipment that can be used in large-scale concentrators.

Working principle: This machine uses magnetic force to carry out mineral sorting according to the different specific magnetic susceptibility of various minerals. When the slurry enters the sorting zone, due to the different magnetic susceptibility of various minerals, under the magnetic field magnetic force, the ferromagnetic mineral is adsorbed on the surface of the cylinder, and is rotated to the ore ore with the cylinder, and is deducted from the magnetic system. (2) Φ1050 series permanent magnet cylinder magnetic separator. This series of magnetic separators, commonly known as large-diameter magnetic separators, was first developed by Mayuan in the 1970s and put into industrial production. It has already established significant achievements in the field of magnetite ore dressing in China. The magnetic system of the Φ1050mm series magnetic separator has a wrap angle of 127 degrees, the number of magnetic poles is 5 poles or 6 poles, and the tank body is in the form of semi-backflow and full counterflow. (3) ZC series permanent magnet medium magnetic field magnetic separator. The magnetic system consists of a mixture of rare earth magnetic poles and ferrite magnetic poles. The magnetic induction intensity of the cylinders in the selection zone is 350-450 mT, which is an effective equipment for removing iron and other non-metallic minerals such as quartz sand.
NCT series full rare earth permanent magnet barrel magnetic separator. The magnetic system is composed entirely of rare earth magnet blocks, and the magnetic induction intensity of the cylinders in the selection zone is 500-700 mT. Mainly used for sorting illusions, semi-artificial minerals, and non-metallic minerals to remove iron. The technical parameters of these two series of magnetic separators are listed in Table 3.
(4) YMK series permanent magnet pulsation open gradient magnetic separator. YMK series magnetic separator adopts high-performance permanent magnet material and has a wide range of field strength. It combines high gradient and pulsation technology. It is an advanced model with good performance and low price. It can be used for wet sorting or fine removal. Granular weak magnetic minerals are especially suitable for sorting fine-grained weak magnetic iron minerals. The machine is equipped with a vertical sorting ring and a permanent magnet magnetic system of the magnetic magnetic medium. The structure is not only sturdy and compact, the body is light, the reliability is good, and the energy saving effect is very remarkable. The technical parameters are shown in Table 4.
(5) CMC series permanent magnet pulsation magnetic separator. The CMC series magnetic separator is an improved version of the permanent magnetic cylinder magnetic separator. It is equipped with a magnetic pulsation device to reduce the inclusions of the gangue and lean organisms in the ferromagnetic minerals by using magnetic field pulsation to improve the concentrate grade. The magnetic induction intensity is generally 60~100mT, and can also be designed according to user requirements. This machine is mainly used for the selection of magnetite, which can increase the grade by 2~3 percentage points compared with the ordinary cartridge magnetic separator. The technical parameters are shown in Table 5.
3. Jilin Xinye The wet-type permanent magnetic cylinder magnetic separator produced by the company has CT type (weak magnetic field) and CB type (medium magnetic field), and its technical parameters are listed in Table 6. Listed in the table are semi-counterflow troughs, but also full countercurrent troughs, downstream troughs. It is suitable for sorting magnetite, illusion hematite, semi-artificial hematite and recycling heavy medium. It has a wide application range and good sorting effect.
