1. Mining
(1) XB type agitation tank. This is the agitated tank with a circulating tube mine (Fig. 1) transplanted and designed by the end of the 1960s. It is mainly set up to make the agent and the slurry fully mixed before the flotation operation, so as to exert the effect of the medicament as much as possible. Stirring of the slurry and flotation agent at a concentration of not more than 30% and an ore density of not more than 3.5. The tank body has two types of cone bottom and flat bottom, and the XB-1000, XB-2500 and XBM-3500 stirred tanks do not have a coarse sand tube.
When the machine is working, under the action of the rotation of the impeller, the slurry and the medicament produce large and small cyclic movements (Fig. 2), so that the slurry and the medicament in the entire tank are uniformly mixed, and the mixed suspension is discharged from the overflow port.
The technical properties of the XB type agitation tank are shown in Table 1.
(2) Stirring tank without circulation cylinder. On the basis of conversion and absorption of the technical information of the French Robin Company on the mixing device, the mining company designed and developed the following three new non-circulating cylinder ore mixing tanks in the two years since 1990.
1) Φ4500mm×4500mm mixing tank. Suitable for metal ore and non-metallic ore processing plant, coal washing plants, power plants and chemical sectors slurry mixing and storage.
The structure of the agitation tank is shown in Fig. 3. The structural features are as follows: 1 The blade is made of steel plate into a desired shape, and then the tire is pressed into a final shape, and the wheel and the blade are bolted, which has the advantages of good balance performance and blade. In this way, the transmission efficiency is high, the structure is simple, and the operation is reliable; 5 the proportion of the standard parts and the common parts is increased, and the cost is reduced.
The working principle of the stirring tank is shown in Fig. 4. The slurry is discharged from the lower end of the impeller in the axial direction under the rotation of the axial flow propeller blade impeller, and a negative pressure is formed in the impeller cavity, so that the slurry flows from the impeller into the impeller cavity to be replenished. At the same time, under the diversion of the steady flow plate, the slurry forms a vertical circulating flow in the groove downward and upward in the center. When the upflow velocity of the slurry is greater than the sedimentation velocity of the ore pellet, the ore particles in the slurry are in suspension and maintain a uniform concentration.
The technical properties of several stirred tanks are listed in Table 2.
2) Φ8m×11m, Φ8m×8m stirred tank. Its working mechanism, impeller geometry and parameter design are reasonable, and it is energy efficient equipment. Its structural characteristics, working principle and use are the same as those of Φ4500mm×4500mm mixing tank, except that the double impeller mechanism (Fig. 5) is adopted. The main technical performance parameters are listed in Table 2.
3) Φ14m×30m large mixing tank. This is the largest domestic mixing tank designed in combination with national conditions, and its structure is shown in Figure 6.
The agitating tank main shaft is equipped with 5 layers of impellers, and the upper 4 layers are double-blade axial flow propeller impellers, which can carry out the propulsion and propulsion stirring from top to bottom; the lowermost layer is the turbine type shaft and the diameter two-direction flow impeller. Stirring at the bottom. Under the rotation of the impeller group, the 4400m3 slurry in the 14m diameter and 30m height tanks produces a vertical large circulating flow with a downward center and a circumferential upward direction. Currently, it has been used as seed tank aluminum plant, when the linear velocity of the impeller is 2.8m / s, the crystal grains can be held in the tank homogeneous suspension. (3) Lift the stirring tank. In the mid-1980s, at the request of the user, the mining mine developed a self-cultivating agitation tank on the basis of the relevant equipment. It is suitable for the mixing and upgrading of slurry in black, non-ferrous metal concentrator and coal washing plant.
The structure of the lifting agitation tank is shown in Fig. 7. The impeller rotating in the trough is similar to the centrifugal pump, and the slurry is sucked into the impeller chamber by the suction pipe by the suction pipe, and then is taken out along the centrifugal direction of the impeller. The slurry that has been scooped up fills the entire tank and suspends the solid phase to complete the agitation lifting action. The main technical parameters of the lifting tank are listed in Table 3.
(4) Chemical stirring tank. This is a new product designed by Shenzhou in 1990 based on relevant foreign materials. The utility model has the dual functions of stirring the slurry and storing the slurry, and is provided with a system for supplying water to the stirring tank, and the medicine feeding device can transport the stored medicine to the outside, in the stirring tank and the medicine storage tank. The electric valve is used to control the discharge of the slurry. The agitation tank can be used for the preparation of various medicaments.
The structure and outer dimensions of the drug agitation tank are shown in Fig. 8.
2. Liaozhong
(I) RJ type agitation tank before flotation. This is based on the new structure at home and abroad and designed and manufactured according to the production practice. The tank is equipped with a central ore circulation cylinder, which can be continuously added before flotation, allowing the medicament to be dissolved in the slurry, coal slurry and non-metallic pulp and evenly mixed. stand up. Can also be used in other similar processes.
Working principle: The slurry can be directly fed into the circulation cylinder from the upper part and the middle part. The agent is simultaneously fed into the circulation cylinder from the upper part, fully mixed with the slurry under the stirring action of the impeller, and then enters the flotation machine from the overflow port.
The working condition of the agitation tank is: generally, the grinding fineness - 200 mesh accounts for 50% or more, the maximum particle size is less than 1 mm, and the concentration is not more than 40% (by mass).
Users should pay attention when ordering: 1 Each type of mixing tank has two types of stirring type I and II. Type I is used for higher mixing capacity, Type II has ordinary mixing capacity, users can choose, if the user does not If it is specified, it will be produced according to type II; 2 the relative position of the motor and the ore supply port and the discharge port can be set according to the user's requirements; 3 the upper or middle part of the ore can be specified, and should be specified when ordering.
The technical properties of the RJ type agitation tank are shown in Table 4, and the external dimensions are shown in Fig. 9 and Table 5.
(2) RJW type ordinary stirring tank. Only the mixing impeller and baffle are installed in the tank, which is suitable for the dissolution preparation of the concentrating agent and the storage of the pulp and the gold leaching. It is also suitable for the mixing and mixing of the slurry in the chemical industry and construction industry. Its technical performance is listed in Table 6. Its external dimensions are the same as those of the RJ type agitation tank.
(3) XB type agitation tank. The XB type agitation tank produced by Liaozhong and its technical performance are listed in Table 7, similar to the XB type agitation tank of the sinking mine.
(4) XBT type lifting agitation tank. When the flotation machine is arranged on the same level and there is no difference in the installation position, the agitation tank can be used to replace the pre-flotation agitation tank. Applicable to the concentration of not more than 40% (by mass) solids, particle size less than 1mm, the true density of ore less than 4.5g / cm 3 of slurry and flotation agent mixing and lifting, can also be used for the mixing of other non-metallic mineral pulp and Upgrade.
The structure of this agitation tank is shown in FIG. The slurry to which the agent is added is sucked into the tank through the impeller which is rotated by the feeding pipe. Under the action of the impeller, the slurry is uniformly mixed with the agent, and at the same time, the pulp obtains a certain initial velocity at the edge of the impeller, and the slurry is raised to a certain height. It is mainly used in applications where pipeline losses are severe and difficult to flow.
The technical properties of the stirred tank are listed in Table 8, which lists only two specifications. If the user needs other specifications of the lifting tank, it can also be ordered. The model and specification should be specified when ordering. The size of the overflow port is determined on site according to the process and production requirements.
(5) XBN type high concentration stirring tank. Its main feature is that the diameter of the propeller type impeller is increased, the diameter of the circulation cylinder is larger than 1/3 of the inner diameter of the tank body, and the number of openings and the diameter of the circulation cylinder are increased, which increases the circulating slurry volume of each hole. The agitation tank can be used for stirring and mixing the slurry with a concentration of less than 70% by mass, a slurry having a particle size of less than 1 mm, and a non-metallic mineral slurry.
The structure and appearance of the stirring tank are shown in Fig. 11, and the outer dimensions are shown in Table 9. The slurry flows from the feeding pipe to the circulating cylinder. Under the action of the agitator, the slurry is circulated in a large and small scale, and the uniformly stirred pulp flows out from the overflow port.
3. Internal machine The factory produces 4 kinds of stirring tanks, namely: BCF-A type pre-flotation stirring tank, BS-A type ordinary stirring tank, large stirring tank and high concentration stirring tank.
(1) BCF-A type agitation tank before flotation. Designed by China Nonferrous Metals Institute, its use, working principle, working conditions, structure and dimensions, technical performance and specifications are the same as the RJ-type pre-flotation mixing tank produced by Liaozhong.
(2) BS-A type common agitation tank. It is suitable for the dissolution preparation of pesticides in the concentrator, as well as the storage of pulp and gold leaching. It is also suitable for the mixing and mixing of slurry in other industries such as chemical industry and construction. Only the agitating impeller and baffle (Fig. 12) were installed in the agitation tank, and the outer dimensions were the same as those of the BCF-A type pre-flotation agitation tank. The technical performance is shown in Table 11.
(3) Large mixing tank. It is suitable for material leaching, mixing and slurry storage in metallurgy, cement, chemical, coal and other industrial sectors.
The working principle is as follows: the pulp is driven by the impeller and the stirring force, so that the pulp in the central part flows from the top to the bottom and spreads to the periphery. When the damper plate is encountered, the rotary motion of the ore flow is weakened, and turbulence is generated, forming Fully mix the suspended force field. Allow the pulp to mix evenly.
The large mixing tank designed by China Nonferrous Colors has the following characteristics: 1 large effective volume (400-700m 3 ), small footprint, saving investment and saving energy; 2 reduction box adopts plane double enveloping worm and worm gear transmission, efficiency High; 3 mixing impellers have propeller type and inclined type, which can be selected according to different functions and required stirring strength; 4 barrel and impeller have wear-resistant anti-corrosion lining.
The specifications and technical performance of the large agitation tank are shown in Table 12, and the external dimensions are shown in Fig. 13.
(4) High concentration agitation tank. It is suitable for mixing and mixing water, sand and cement. It can also be used for mixing other high-concentration slurry. It can be used in mining, chemical, construction and other departments.
The working principle is that the slurry obtains energy from the rotating impeller, and is subjected to the impellers with opposite spiral directions of upper and lower spirals to form two relatively flowing ore streams, which are mutually impacted and stirred to uniformly mix the slurry.
The high-concentration mixing tank designed by China Nonferrous Metals has the following main features: 1 simple structure and convenient maintenance; 2 stirring impeller has wear resistance and corrosion resistance; 3 stirring medium concentration can be as high as 75%.
The specifications and technical performance of the high-concentration stirring tank are shown in Table 13, and the external dimensions are shown in Fig. 14.
4. Tobacco Mine The single impeller and double impeller agitation tank produced by the plant is suitable for mixing before various metal ore flotation, so that the agent and the slurry can be fully mixed, and it can also be used for the stirring of other non-metallic minerals.
The structure of the two kinds of agitation tanks is shown in Fig. 15. It is mainly composed of a tank body, an impeller, a circulation cylinder and a transmission device, and has the advantages of reasonable structure, simpleness, easy maintenance, reliable operation and low power consumption. Their external dimensions are listed in Tables 14, 15 and the technical performance parameters are listed in Tables 16 and 17.
5. Various mines
(1) XB type agitation tank. It is suitable for the mixing of slurry with not less than 30% (by mass) solids and particle size less than 1mm and flotation agent. It can also be used for mixing and mixing pulp of other non-metallic minerals.
The technical performance and dimensions of the XB type agitating tank are shown in Table 18, the outer shape is shown in Fig. 16, and the flange size is shown in Table 19. The structure of the tank has two kinds of flat bottom and cone bottom. When ordering, indicate which one is needed.
(2) Lifting agitation tank. The equipment is used to raise the slurry to make up for the shortage of the slurry circuit in the process of the concentrator. The suction stroke is about 0.2m, the lifting height is about 1m, and at the same time it acts as a stirring.
