2. Battery appearance: Check for signs of deformation, cracks, scratches, and leakage. The battery terminals should be clean, free from corrosion, and the markings should be clear.

3. The rated capacity of the electric vehicle battery product is marked: The greater the rated capacity of the battery, the longer the battery discharges. It is best not to purchase a battery without a nominal mark. Note whether it is an electric vehicle only. If there are multiple capacity tags, the rated capacity shall prevail.

How to see the voltage?

Electric vehicle batteries are generally 12V, 48V is 4 batteries, 60V is 5, and 72V is 6. In terms of technical content, the higher the voltage, the better the performance and economy of electric vehicles. The overall performance of an electric vehicle equipped with five or six batteries is far better than that of an electric vehicle equipped with four batteries. The long-term use of electric vehicles with four batteries is also more economical and convenient than the four-cell battery. However, the production of high-voltage electric vehicles has a relatively high degree of difficulty. At present, electric vehicles equipped with four batteries are still on the market. High-voltage electric vehicles are generally more expensive and require matching voltage regulators, controllers, and motors, but they are powerful, fast, and far away.

How much is life?

Electric vehicles need to pay attention to the cruising range of the battery. In general, a 48V 500W new 20AH car can run about 55 kilometers; a 36V 250W 10AH new car can run 35--42 kilometers; a 48V 250W 10AH new car can run 50-60 kilometers. Theoretically, the stronger the electric vehicle is, the better the battery life can be, considering the purchase cost and travel distance. Consumers should rationally measure it.

What is the brake?

Riding on electric vehicles, safety is undoubtedly a top priority; and braking performance directly determines the safety factor of electric vehicles.

Electric vehicle brakes are generally divided into holding brakes, up brakes, disc brakes, iron brakes, and drum brakes.
