There is a high possibility of geological disasters occurring locally in the western Sichuan Province of Gansu and Shaanxi

The Ministry of Land and Resources and the China Meteorological Administration jointly issued a geological disaster meteorological forecast at 18:00 on July 24th: It is expected from July 20th to July 20th at 20:00 on July 24th, in the southeast of Gansu, in the southwest of Shaanxi, in the east of the western Sichuan Plateau, and in the north of Yunnan. The geological disasters are more likely to occur in some parts of the southeastern part of Fujian, Northeastern Fujian, etc. Among them, geological disasters are likely to occur in parts of the southeast of Gansu, the southwest of Shaanxi, and the eastern part of the western Sichuan Plateau.

The above departments reminded local residents to take precautions against geological disasters caused by heavy precipitation.
