3. Solve the insufficient display brightness. Due to the working principle of the rotating outdoor LED display electronic screen, compared with the ordinary flat outdoor LED display, the time for displaying each column is much less, so the brightness will be greatly reduced.
In order to make the designed rotating outdoor LED display have better display effects, these three problems need to be solved in the design. For the power supply of the rotating outdoor LED display, it is a relatively simple and reliable method to supply power to the system by contacting the brush blade fixed on the base with the rotating metal rail or metal wheel shaft. The design of this article is to provide a constant 12V DC voltage through the brush, and then converted to 2.5V, 3.3V, 5V and other voltages by the DC-DC chip to maintain the control system work.
