The first Midwest EBZ160 coal mining machine is delivered and used

On August 6, the EBZ160 excavator ex-factory council was held at Xi'an Coal Mine Machinery Co., Ltd. The successful development of this boring machine has filled the gap in China's midwest equipment manufacturing manufacturing roadheader products, and has also provided new product options for coal mining companies in Shaanxi Province.
It is reported that the EBZ160 tunneling machine is a new type of cantilever tunneling machine jointly developed by Xi'an Coal Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. and the Hancheng Mining Bureau for nearly one year, which is based on the geological characteristics of the major coal production areas in Shaanxi Province. In the trial process of the Dongpo coal mine of the Hancheng Mining Bureau, the machine mainly embodies features such as large tonnage, high cutting hardness, good machine stability, convenient operation and maintenance, and safe and reliable operation, and was first introduced in electrical systems. The data interface and the video interface were accessed to connect with Xi'an's product remote monitoring center after being formally put into use to provide technical support for the establishment of a "digital" mine. After conducting on-site inspections and comments, the participating experts fully affirmed and highly evaluated the product.
Shaanxi Province is a large energy province and has particularly rich coal resources. Due to the complex geological conditions of coal mines, roadways often go underground several hundred meters, and the length can reach several kilometers. The working environment in the roadway is bad, so coal mining equipment generally relies on imports. There are only two or three companies that have domestic technology production. The product types are single.
