If a traffic accident occurs during the test, the test driver should stop the test immediately. At the same time, the test subject shall submit a road test traffic accident report (Annex 9) to the third party within 24 hours after the accident, and the third party organization shall immediately report it to the promotion work team. If a traffic violation occurs, the traffic control department of the public security organ where the illegal act occurs shall handle the test driver in accordance with the current road traffic safety laws and regulations. If the test vehicle is found to be at fault according to law, it shall bear the corresponding civil liability in accordance with the current laws and regulations.
If the test subject violates the rules or violates the provisions of these Measures, the third party shall suspend the test plan of all test vehicles declared by the test subject and report to the advancement working group. The advancing working group should cancel its testing qualifications and regularly publish a list of non-compliant operational testing subjects. The test subject shall not submit a test application within 1 year from the date of eligibility for cancellation of the test.
