In this way, the new circulating cooling water system in the West District and the original circulating cooling water system in the Eastern District can operate independently. Compared with the scheme of adding a circulating cooling water system in each of the east and west districts, the rationality is greatly enhanced, which not only brings convenience to the production and management of the users, but also the western district can be discontinued during the annual repair of the steel pipe branch, saving investment. .

The original screw air compressor was dismantled in batches and used the original West Air Compressor Station. In order to ensure the production of gas, the original two 20m3/min screw air compressors were dismantled in two batches. In the first batch, one screw machine and all auxiliary equipment in the station were dismantled, and then two centrifugal air compressors with a displacement of 150 m3/min and a discharge pressure of 0.75 MPa and two refrigerating dryers of 150 m3/min were installed. After the new equipment is operating normally, another screw air compressor is removed.

After the two new sets of newly installed equipment in the West Air Compressor Station were stable, the following modifications were made to the Eastern Air Compressor Station: the original East Air Compressor Station was used to dismantle the original 6 units in two batches in order to ensure production gas. The old air compressor and auxiliary equipment were installed in two batches with five centrifugal air compressors with a displacement of 100m3/min and an exhaust pressure of 0.75MPa and five refrigerating dryers with a flow rate of 100m3/min. The specific transformation steps are as follows: Using the 1998 annual repair opportunity, the relevant compressed air and cooling water pipelines will be reconstructed, and the interface design of the compressed air pipeline and the cooling water pipeline will be completed to facilitate the installation and smooth connection of the new equipment and new pipelines. .
