Shearer safety technical operation procedures

First, the general provisions:

2. It is not allowed to use the coal mining machine to pull, push the top, and hoist other equipment items.

3, each driver must be equipped with two, otherwise it is not allowed to start running.

4. In the absence of cooling water, spray water or water pressure, the flow rate does not meet the requirements, it is not allowed to start operation.

5. If the hard interlayer is more than the hardness index of the shearer, it is forbidden to forcibly cut.

6, the electrical equipment used in coal mining machines, hydraulic protection devices must be sensitive and reliable protection, not allowed to collapse. In special cases, safety technical measures shall be established and approved by the chief engineer, but shall not be allowed to operate for a long time without protection.

In the event of endangering personal safety, equipment safety and other emergency situations, the emergency stop cable switch can be used to stop the machine from being stopped immediately at any place, and the handling is not good.

Adhere to the normal inspection of the coal machine, not allowed to run with the disease.

The shearer should lower the drum to the bottom plate position after normal shifts per shift.

10. Under -18 degrees, do not start the machine; before starting the machine between -18 degrees and 21 degrees, lift the rocker arm to warm the oil to 27 degrees.

11. Maintenance of the shearer must cut off the power supply, disconnect the CHP33 load center and lock it, and open the roller isolator.

12, the various barrels of oil should be dedicated to the barrel, oil of different natures, different varieties can not be randomly replaced. The drum must be kept clean.

13. The pictogram symbol and text description on the shearer must be carefully read and understood.

14. Before starting the machine and operating any controls, the operator should have read the machine operation and basic maintenance manuals, and have been properly trained to be fully familiar with all controls.

15. Regarding electrical maintenance, the shearer is electric. Before commissioning, repairing or replacing parts, be sure to cut off all power from the machine.

16. Explosion-proof performance of explosion-proof enclosure components shall be confirmed after completion of inspection and inspection, and will be checked regularly thereafter.

17. The shearer shall not be temporarily connected to the towed cable in any way, otherwise it will cause serious consequences.

18. The emergency stop device cannot be changed, removed or shorted. After the emergency stop, the power supply is not cut off. Never work or perform any maintenance work during power-on.

19. The hydraulic line is in a high pressure state. Before releasing the hydraulic pipe or joint, the pump must be stopped, and the pressure should be released to spray the hot oil.

Second, the inspection before the operation

The insulation of the towed cable must be carefully checked for cracks and damage, and problems should be dealt with in a timely manner.

It is necessary to carefully check whether the handles, buttons and rotary switches of the shearer are flexible and reliable, and check whether the electrical components are normal.

Check the station's shearer for missing and damaged parts and ensure proper control.

Check whether there are coal, rock and other foreign objects between the picks to ensure that the drum rotates freely, and the coal cut is normal and reliable.

Strictly check whether the pick is complete, sharp, and securely installed. Missing, worn picks must be added and replaced.

Carefully check the hydraulic oil level and check the oil level of the rocker arm and traction gearbox.

Carefully check the cat seal of the drum for oil seepage.

Check that the emergency stop switch function set on the remote control and on the body is normal, and check that all control switches are working properly.

Check whether the sprinklers are working properly, check whether the cooling spray pump works normally, the water flow rate is not lower than 423L/min, and the pressure is not lower than 14bar. Check all electrical control boxes, motors and components to maintain normal explosion protection.

Check that the connecting bolts between the components are complete, sturdy and reliable.

Check whether the unit road is unobstructed, the bending of the slipper, and the condition of the top and bottom of the working surface. A comprehensive understanding of the work situation, and found that problems that can not be handled can be reported to the team in a timely manner.

When inspecting the unit and replacing the pick, the disconnector must be placed in the "OFF" position. The slide must be blocked, the roller isolator must be opened, and the bracket extends out of the guard plate.

The coal machine power must be disconnected during any inspection and maintenance work.

In the case of no faults, no obstacles, and personal safety, start the test for 2 minutes and check the operation of each department.

15. Check that the motor is in the correct phase to ensure proper operation of the machine. The phase can be checked by activating the pump motor and pressing the “rocker up” button on the remote control. If the pump motor is not in the correct phase, the rocker arm will not rise and should stop immediately and make the phase connection appropriate.

Third, the starter of the coal mining machine

Check if the power supply voltage of the chute switch CHP33 is normal. When the confirmation is correct, turn the switch isolator to the "ON" position.

When starting the mining machine, be sure to inform the surrounding personnel and send a driving signal.

Ensure that the mining machine is in a shutdown state.

Really coal machine cooling water supply flow is normal

Set the shearer main breaker handle to the "ON" position.

Make sure the emergency stop cable switch is in the "ON" position.

Press the starter button of the shearer to send power to the coal machine. Press the motor start button to start the hydraulic pump, crusher and cutting drum to turn on the remote control power switch.

Press the remote control function button to perform the shearer pulling or rocker lifting operation.

Fourth, the precautions in operation:

The shearer must not be started with load. Before starting the drum, it must leave the coal wall 200 - 400mm.

It is necessary to pay attention to the situation of the top and bottom plates and the change of coal seams at all times, whether the operation of the transport aircraft is normal, and choose a reasonable traction speed. When encountering geological problems, there must be corresponding measures, and it must not be ruthless, resulting in damage to the equipment;

When the coal mining machine cuts coal, the top and bottom are cut flat, and the mining height must meet the requirements of the working regulations to prevent cutting, cutting or leaving the bottom.

In the process of coal cutting, if the pick is missing or blunt, stop immediately and replace the supplement.

Always turn off the power, disconnect the main isolator, and open the roller clutch when replacing the pick, tightening the connecting bolts or handling any other problems;

It is strictly forbidden to cut coal without water and stop running for a long time;

If the slipper is crushed or any other problem is found during the coal cutting process, it should be stopped immediately, and the coal can be started again after the treatment is completed;

Pay attention to the connection of the cable water pipe and the cable clamp at all times, and do not force the cable or water pipe. The cable clamp must not fall outside the cable trough or be damaged by being squeezed;

If the unit finds abnormal sound and vibration, it should stop immediately and check the analysis for processing;

When the motor is overloaded, the traction speed decreases continuously or stops quickly, the cutting motor should be stopped immediately, and the cutting surface should be taken out for inspection, the cause is analyzed, the problem is solved, and the treatment is carried out.

If the electronic control failure is found, the engine system of the coal machine is not normal, the LED display is not bright, and other abnormal phenomena appear, and should be stopped immediately, otherwise it is not allowed to drive;

Do not use the cable emergency stop switch in non-emergency situations;

Frequently check the oil window and oil level indications of each department and find out the problems in time;

When refueling the shearer, be sure to identify the oil grade and use a fixed fuel pump to clean the fuel filler clinker to ensure that the grease is clean;

It is strictly forbidden to operate the coal mining machine with disease. It is strictly forbidden to start the power supply on the CHP33 switch. It is strictly forbidden to carry any items with the coal mining machine;

It is necessary to stop the operation in time when it is found that the coal mining machine has failed in emergency stop, the rotating parts are stuck, the sound is abnormal, the speed of the moving frame cannot be kept up, or the roof is in danger of falling down.

If the shearer is in traction, the cutting motor must not be turned off. If the cutting motor is turned off, the parts will be damaged.

Fifth, the shutdown procedure

Press the pause button on the remote station to stop the shearer;

Press the cut stop button and the crusher stop button;

Operate the remote control to lower the rocker arm to the bottom plate;

Press the pump motor stop button on the main control box;

Pull down the emergency stop cable switch;

Rotate the shearer circuit breaker switch on the main control box to the "OFF" position;

Close the main water valve in the pump box and use the amplifier to notify the spray water to stop;

Six, maintenance and repair matters:

(1) Daily inspection

Check the tow cable for insulation cracks or breaks.

Inspect the shearer for missing or damaged parts.

Check that all electrical components are functioning properly.

Clean up the stolen goods on the shearer that may affect normal operations.

Make sure the drum is turning properly.

Make sure that all broken or missing picks have been replaced.

Check the oil level of the hydraulic oil.

Carry out daily oiling.

Check the oil level of the lubricant in the rocker arm and traction gearbox.

Check for oil leaks in the flat seal around the cutting drum.

Test all the remote control switches and the onboard emergency stop switch for normal operation.

Ensure that all electrical boxes, motors and components maintain proper explosion protection.

Make sure all control switches are working properly.

Check that all sprinklers are working properly.

(two), regular preventive inspection

Keep the oil level of each gearbox lubricant normal.

Make sure the venting valve on the tank is working properly.

Keep the joints and moving parts properly lubricated.

Check the seal for leaks and replace it if there is a problem.

Keep a screw and bolt fastened.

Keep each bearing gasket tight.

Check the gearbox for overheating and abnormal noise. This phenomenon may indicate bearing damage.

Check the wear of the moving parts. If the wear is excessive, add or replace the parts.

Change the filter regularly.

(3) Grounding during welding

Care must be taken to prevent damage to bearings, bushings, gearboxes, junctions, and motors.

When welding, be sure to place the grounding point as close as possible to the welding location. This will prevent the lubricant in these places from decomposing under the welding current and prevent the bearing from overheating. At the same time, the current is prevented from being arced in the welding through the bearing or the gear, thereby being spot welded together.

The welder grounding point must never be connected to the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder because the arc will cause pitting on the piston rod.

(4), precautions for repairing disassembled parts

The power must be disconnected from the shearer before any repairs and commissioning.

Before working near the side of the coal wall, the guard panels must be knocked out and temporary support must be provided if necessary.

Before you start disassembling parts, you have to carefully analyze the problem, which often avoids unnecessary work.

Read the instructions for “Removal and Replacement” for the part carefully.

Review all reference drawings related to the modified components before starting disassembly.

Be sure to have spare parts before disassembling a part.

Implement all necessary disassembly tools before you work.

Verify that all supports, jacks, and lifting tools are in place to ensure safe removal of the removed parts.

Each disassembled component is inspected during disassembly and any problems found should be reviewed. Replace if necessary.

All removed bearings are cleaned and checked for wear or damage.

Bearings can only be inspected carefully if they are cleaned.

All removed seals and O-rings must be replaced.

Check the sealing surfaces of all parts for wear or roughness deterioration.
