Coating description: Diamond Like Coating; magnetron sputtering; amorphous carbon film containing diamond and graphite structure.

Coated ring characteristic: Good self lubrication; form a gradient coating with CCC, CDC and PVD, or full life cycle coating with high wear resistance and excellent scuff resistance, no scuffing under boundary lubrication and high temperature.

Typical applications: Top ring of gasoline engine, high speed diesel engine, Euro V & above HDD adopted; Piston Ring with aluminum liner recommended to avoid aluminum sticking.
