(1) Questions about the use of open flames:
1) It is strictly forbidden to install a stove under the well, open fire, or intentionally burn wood and other flammable materials.
2) Smoking and open flames are strictly prohibited at locations where explosives, diesel and other flammable materials are placed underground.
3) Intensive wooden pillars or other places with flammable materials, when using open flames or welding operations, must be approved by the chief engineer and the safety department before proceeding according to regulations. There must be reliable measures for extinguishing fires and preventing sparks from splashing on Mars. The site should be carefully inspected at the end of the operation to prevent fires from remaining.
4) When welding and cutting operations are carried out in general locations, the distance between the acetylene generator and the welding and cutting location shall not be less than 10 m, and a special person shall be guarded to prevent the lights of the passing personnel from igniting the acetylene gas.
5) The location of the vehicle and the location of the diesel engine and the place where the oil is stored shall be promptly removed from the waste oil in the trench and on the ground. Wool cotton yarn stained with oil should be transported out of the pit in time and is strictly prohibited from being stored underground.
(2) Prevent electrical and electric fires from starting:
1) The power line switches and electrical equipment of all working places in the underground must be installed regularly, and overload is strictly prohibited.

3) In order to prevent the equipment from being affected by the humidity of the air, when it is necessary to use electric heating and drying air at individual locations, it should be approved by the chief engineer of the mine to properly install the electric heating equipment according to the regulations, and pay attention to safety and fire prevention.
4) The lighting power line of the workplace must be erected regularly, and its insulation is always kept good. It is forbidden to store explosives or other flammable materials near the wire or cable joints.
5) It is forbidden to install electric lights or other electric heating equipment in the toolbox and locker box at any place in the underground.
6) It is forbidden to use bulb heaters, resistors or electric ovens to bake blasting equipment , clothing and other flammable materials.
7) Exposed parts of electric light cannons and wire connectors, and heat-generating parts of electrical equipment are prohibited from contact with firewood, linoleum paper and other flammable materials.
(3) Prevent explosion of explosives and oils:
1) The explosives used must not be stored in the location of flammable materials.
2) Temporary storage of flammable materials in the underground shall not exceed 8 hours. It is forbidden to temporarily store flammable materials near the joints and switches of the wellhead, main transportation lanes, operation concentration points, power lines under the light bulbs.
3) No smoking or use of open flame lighting when transporting oil and explosives.
Safety measures for ground pressure disasters
Whether the shape specification of the security pillar meets the requirements of the regulations, the stability of the goaf is the biggest safety hazard of the mine. To prevent the occurrence of geological disasters, the following safety measures should be taken:
1. Find the technical data of the past mining, as well as the field survey, clearly describe the geometric parameters of the goaf in each middle section, the top and bottom plates, the shape of the pillars, etc. on the drawings;
2. According to the requirements of the regulations, all old goafs and abandoned shafts shall be blocked, and the blockage shall be constructed by brick walls or concrete walls;
3. Reserve appropriate holes at the bottom of the closed wall so that the water in the goaf can be discharged smoothly;
4. All security pillars are strictly prohibited from mining or destroying during the period of use to ensure their integrity; if the pillars that do not meet the specifications cannot withstand the upper pressure, they should be supported by artificial false columns:
5. In the construction of tunnels below the middle of 140m, the wells should be located in the hard and homogeneous rock mass, determine the reasonable section and shape of the roadway, adhere to a reasonable mining sequence, the area of ​​the goaf should not be too large, and the tunneling speed should be moderate. ;
6. Determine reasonable rock drilling and blasting parameters, strictly control the explosive quantity according to the blasting design requirements, and implement interval delay blasting to reduce the blasting vibration;
7. Set up full-time personnel to be responsible for the pressure management work, use advanced monitoring equipment, establish a fixed observation point (net), keep abreast of the changes of the ore and rock, and find the signs of large-scale ground pressure activities, stop production immediately, withdraw Personnel and equipment;
8. Embed the necessary observation points around the existing collapse cracks, observe regularly, strengthen management, mark the boundary line of possible collapse areas as accurately as possible, and establish obvious safety warning signs.
