Zinc Die Casting has fine casting property, and is suitable for casting thin wall precision products with complicated structure. Besides the zinc die casting has fine surface quality, which is always smooth and free from cold flow. While metling, zinc alloy is rare to absorb iron element, so that it won't be easy to adhesive to and rust the mold. Zinc die castings are easy to do surface finish, such as electroplating, powder coating and painting. Besides, zinc die castings have pretty good mechanical property and wire resistance in normal temperature.
