On June 5, 2007 World Environment Day, Jiang Guishan set off from Wenzhou on a tricycle that he assembled. In September 2011, Jiang Guishan bought a used car and put the “earth” of a self-made steel frame structure on the car. This "earth" weighing about 300 kilograms is not just a decoration, but also his house. “Can you save the planet by eating vegetarian food?” Faced with doubts, Jiang Guishan said that at first he did not believe that until one day he learned that the UN report said that meat is the main cause of global warming and that eating a pound of meat is equivalent to eating 10 pounds of meat. cereals. Vegetarians not only benefit health, but also significantly reduce carbon dioxide emissions.

A few years later, Jiang Guishan changed more than a dozen "earths" and three modes of transportation, and spent more than 200,000 yuan.
