The data in Table 9 shows the effect of the composition of certain oil collectors on the surface hydrophobicity of molybdenite.
It can be seen from the data in Table 9 that the increase of iodine value indicates that the degree of unsaturation in the oil increases; the acid value increases, indicating that the acid content in the oil increases; the contact angle of the vertical cleavage surface increases with the iodine value and acid value of the oil. And increase, and the contact angle of the cleavage surface does not change with the increase of the iodine value and the acid value of the oil. It can be seen that the acidic surface active substance of the unsaturated hydrocarbon adsorbs on the vertical cleavage surface, thereby increasing the vertical solution. (7) Mixing kerosene with copper ion (CU 2+ ) and anion collector
It has been proved that copper ions can be adsorbed onto the surface of molybdenum ore, so that the surface of the diamond core is positively charged and then floated with an anionic collector. The test of a molybdenum plant proves that the use of oil-based collectors and anionic collectors is better than oil-based collectors alone. According to the literature, the radioisotope Cu 64 is used to study the adsorption of copper ions on the surface of molybdenite. It is proved that copper ions have an activation effect on molybdenite, and at pH=7, the adsorption amount of copper ions is the highest. Molybdenum ore is activated by copper sulfate and then recovered by diesel and black medicine. The recovery rate of molybdenum ore is slightly improved. The test results are listed in Table 10:

2 Molybdenum ore is partially oxidized in the deposit and during mining, storage, transportation and crushing, so molybdenum oxide can interact with the anion collector;
â‘¢ molybdenite and chalcopyrite, chalcocite, pyrite with the living body can be received with anionic capture agent to act;
â‘£ molybdenite itself contains some heavy metal sulfides. Therefore, copper sulfate, black medicine and diesel oil are used in combination, and flotation molybdenite has good results.
