Material
1. LED unit board sheet
Some LED unit board manufacturers are competing at low prices, using cheap flame-retardant paper boards or single-sided fiber boards as the PCB circuit boards for LED lights. There is no difference in starting use, and it is easy to break due to moisture, UV damage, oxidation, etc. after about 1 year of use, causing the entire LED unit board to be scrapped. The high-quality LED display unit board uses double-sided full glass fiber PCB board, although the cost is high, but the quality is guaranteed.
2. IC device
Is the brand of IC devices consistent? What type of IC is used, and how many ICs are used, these are enough to affect the quality of the LED unit board. In order to save costs, some LED display manufacturers intentionally reduce the number of ICs when producing cell boards, or mix other brands of ICs.
3. LED lamp beads and chips:
The naked eye cannot distinguish the quality of the lamp beads. It can only be distinguished by long-term testing. Generally informal LED display manufacturers, products will be powered on before leaving the factory to check whether the LED display is working properly, but will not go through a long-term aging test, because there are time costs and labor costs. Welding quality

Check the insertion flatness of the light-emitting dot matrix and the consistency of the ink color.
