The appraisal committee composed of seven experts from the China Southern Power Grid Science Research Institute, Professor Gao Zhifu and others, carefully listened to the project work summary report made by Lin Zhili, Chief Engineer of Guangdong Quality Inspection Institute, reviewed the relevant materials, and conducted detailed investigations on the spot. The device can generate various standard short-circuit test waveforms such as short-circuit current, transient recovery voltage, and inrush current injection current, which solves the problem of calibration of high-current measuring instruments in high-voltage electrical appliances laboratories for a long time; developed a high-voltage and large-current detection system, The key parameters such as the peak value, rise time, half-wave time, and time delay of the TRV waveforms were automatically calculated.
The project has applied for 3 national invention patents (1 authorization) and 1 PCT (patent cooperation agreement), 1 US invention patent and 1 national utility model patent, and independent intellectual property rights. The test system developed by the project can meet the requirements of national standards, IEC standards and STL guidelines, and passed the National Accreditation Council (CNAS) and German Motor Vehicle Supervision Association (DEKRA), the United States Underwriters Laboratories (UL), and the British Association of Short-Circuit Detection The accreditation of domestic and foreign certification agencies such as ASTA has been put into use, achieving significant social and economic benefits.
