Localization more flowering
At present, the localization rate of China's petrochemical technology and equipment has increased significantly. Among them, 300,000 tons of synthetic ammonia, 520,000 tons of urea, 10 million tons of annual vacuum distillation unit, 3.5 million tons of catalytic cracking unit, 3 million tons of hydrofining and hydrocracking unit, 2 million tons/year The localization rate of residue hydrodesulfurization equipment, 1 million tons/year of delayed coking unit and 1 million tons/year of continuous reforming equipment reached 85% to 90%; million tons/year of ethylene and 6.0 million tons/year The PTA device's localization rate reached 75% to 80%.
In addition to the general increase in the localization rate, some difficult equipment, such as pyrolysis gas, propylene and ethylene centrifugal compressors in multi-million-ton ethylene plants, and multi-stream cryogenic cold boxes, are used in hydrocracking and hydrofining plants. Hydrogen reactors, high pressure heat exchangers, high pressure air coolers; main winds used in catalytic cracking and delayed cokers, oxygen enriched compressors, high efficiency cyclones, external heaters, flue gas recovery turbines, and important process pumps Have already achieved localization.
At the same time, the number of petrochemical equipment companies has rapidly increased. According to the data provided by the China Petroleum and Petrochemical Equipment Industry Association, as of December 2010, China's petroleum and petrochemical equipment manufacturing industry has reached 2,023 enterprises above designated size, an increase of 105 over the beginning of 2010.
High-end products still need to be imported
According to reports, petrochemical plant equipment is generally divided into moving equipment and static equipment. Static equipment represented by hydrogenation reactors, high-pressure heat exchangers, and high-pressure air coolers has reached advanced international standards in such technologies as molten steel smelting, large forgings, welding, and stainless steel surfacing, and on-site assembly. However, for some reaction equipment closely related to the process, because the internals of the reactor are limited by foreign patented technology, it still needs to cooperate with foreign manufacturers.
In terms of moving equipment, 30% of petrochemical pumps are in the international level of the 1980s, 50% of products reach and approach the international level of the 1990s, and only 20% of products reach the current international advanced level. The general process pump and corrosion-resistant pump can meet the requirements, but the large chilled water pump, the chilled oil pump, the oil pipeline pump, the small flow high-lift chemical pump, the strong corrosion-resistant solid-particle flushing slurry pump in the petrochemical plant, etc. The international advanced level still has a big gap and still needs to be imported.
Experts said that the general valves used in petrochemical plants are equivalent to foreign ones, and their specifications can basically meet the needs. However, high-precision control valves, safety valves, and some special materials and special structural valves are still difficult to design and manufacture at present in China.
Compared with foreign countries, filters and centrifuges commonly used in petrochemical plants have fewer varieties and specifications of large-scale vertical and horizontal spiral discharge centrifuges, and they cannot meet the needs of petrochemical production.
In addition, large extrusion granulators in ethylene and deep processing plants have long relied on imports. However, the successful development of the domestic 200,000-ton large-scale mixed extrusion granulation unit lays the foundation for the further development of a large-scale compounding extrusion granulation unit for an olefin plant of 300,000 tons or more.
Breaking down industry constraints
According to the report, petrochemical equipment represented by petroleum refining, ethylene, and PTA needs to be continuously operated under conditions of high temperature, high pressure, low temperature, corrosion, and wear. Therefore, there are many special requirements for the structure, materials, and reliability of the equipment.
From the perspective of industry development, the development trend of petrochemical plants is large-scale, highly automated, and long-term operation, in pursuit of higher economic efficiency. The increase in the size of the plant also places higher demands on the design and manufacture of petrochemical plants.
Qian Jiaxiang said that at present, China's petrochemical equipment industry has two major constraints. First, due to the long-term focus on stand-alone manufacturing, the complete set of engineering and integration capabilities are poor; second, the degree of industrial concentration is low. There are tens of thousands of petrochemical equipment companies in the country, but there are not many real strengths.
Participating experts believe that, overall, compared with developed countries, China's petrochemical equipment has a certain gap in design theory and design methods, product development uses more methods of imitation and analogy, lack of theoretical basis and experimental research data, processing equipment and technology The level is relatively backward, the processing precision is low, and the production efficiency is low; the degree of serialization and generalization of the product is not high, and the specification variety is small; there is still a large gap between efficiency, quality and reliability, sealing performance, and corrosion resistance.
According to Qian Jiaxiang, by the end of the “Twelfth Five-Year Planâ€, the localization rate of general machinery and equipment in petrochemical and other key areas will increase by 5 to 10 percentage points compared with the “Eleventh Five-Year Plan†respectively, and the market share will reach over 85%. The industry's output value reached 1.5?1.8 trillion yuan. A total of 3-5 enterprises with an output value of over 10 billion yuan have been formed, 5-10 enterprises with a production value of 5 billion yuan have been formed, and 60-80 enterprises with a production value of over 1 billion yuan have been formed.
In addition, relevant departments are pushing hard to increase the research and development of high-end and energy-saving products. At the end of the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan†period, it strived to achieve the international advanced level in the design and manufacture of key unit technologies for high-end products such as large air separation plants, axial compressors, chemical process pumps, and petrochemical valves. The industry structure of the industry has changed significantly, and the proportion of high-end products has increased from 25% in the “Eleventh Five-Year Plan†to 40%.
It is reported that during the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan†period, five key industries, including pumps, fans, compressors, valves, and air separation, will also establish engineering research centers and several strategic alliances for enterprises. The joint design of products jointly participated by universities, research institutes, and enterprises is carried out. Focus on cultivating a number of large-scale backbone enterprises such as Shenyang Blower Group, Shaanxi Blower Group and Sichuan Air Subsidiary Group from pure manufacturing to engineering and modern service industries.
