The project's raw materials are carbon 4 and carbon 5 of Hainan Refining and Chemical Co., Ltd. to produce high value-added fine chemical products.
The project was invested by Hainan Huizhi Petrochemical Fine Chemicals Co., Ltd., a joint venture funded by Hong Kong Strait Petrochemical Holdings Co., Ltd., Hunan Huizhi Technology Development Co., Ltd. and Nanjing Kaifeng Chemical Co., Ltd.
