The self-tight rotary vane damper is a quick opening and closing and sectional adjustable damper specially developed for realizing non-stop wind down. The self-sealing rotary vane damper is used as the regulating damper of the main fan. It has the characteristics of high automation, fast switching speed and uniform force, and flexible opening and closing. It can effectively avoid the damper with the opening and closing of the valve and the accident.
It is mainly composed of 46 blades (depending on the size of the duct section), door frame and actuator. The inside of the blade has shaft and steel structure support, and the outside is covered with stainless steel, which has high strength and corrosion resistance. The door frame is made of high-strength alloy steel, followed by heat treatment, anti-corrosion and other processes, sealed, flexible and corrosion-resistant.
