Economic analysis of LED lamps

Today, let's take a look at what indicators should be used to measure the economics of LED lamps.
When it comes to LED, energy saving must be the first word that everyone thinks. Then I immediately thought of it expensive and the price was high. So, what indicators should be used to measure the economics of LEDs?
1. How much is a dollar/watt? I am afraid this is the most inquiring question. Toosimple, toonaive, too amateur!
From a logical point of view: As a customer, do you buy a lamp to buy its wattage? As a designer, are you doing lighting design or power design? As a manufacturer, oh, yes, you are the initiators, selling the lights to the end is to fight the price, in order to highlight your outstanding ability in this respect, congratulations, successfully put the price measurement indicators on the wattage.
Seeing the nature of the phenomenon, the implied premise of this statement is that the light effects of the products you make are the same. This misunderstanding obviously comes from the constant instillation and brainwashing of LED energy saving, which changes everyone's perception. By default, all LEDs are equally energy-efficient, and then the economics of lamps are evaluated in terms of technical energy saving.
However, in a specific application, it is a false proposition that a certain technology is more energy efficient. In fact, the same technology, different products, there is nothing in the sky? The light efficiency of a single chip is as small as tens, up to several hundred. Coupled with the packaging, the design of the luminaire, and the energy efficiency of the last luminaire, it was really bad.
Just give a chestnut: "屌丝和高富帅"
A 60lm/W 40W lamp A, and a 130lm/W 40W lamp B, if the price is 800 yuan (20 yuan / W) and 1600 yuan (40 yuan / W), if the amount of money According to Watt, Gao Fu Shuai B is twice as high as Daisi A.
However, if we calculate according to the obtained luminous flux, Gao Fu Shuai B is 1600 yuan / 5200lm = 308 yuan / klm, and silk A is 333 yuan / klm. (Please do not think about looking for a boyfriend)
In this case, let's leave aside from other aspects. If we buy lamps to buy the amount of light (light flux), it is obviously more economical to choose B (40 yuan / W).
So, is it that we should use meta/klm to measure the economics of an LED fixture?
2, yuan / klm
The use of this indicator is already relatively professional, considering the economic evaluation of LED lamps at the luminaire level.
However, this method still has its flaws, or the chestnut just now: "The rebellion of silk
Assume that the required face is 2m square. The light of the silk A is all on the illuminated surface, and the illumination is 500lx; the high-rich handsome B is more conspicuous, not so focused, only one-third of the light reaches the illuminated surface, and 300lx illumination is obtained. (Do not associate)
At this time, you can get. In this application condition, if you consider the relationship between price and illuminance, the silk A is 800 yuan 500lx = 160 yuan / 100lx, the high rich handsome B is 1600 yuan 300lx = 533 yuan / 100lx. So, it is not necessarily happy to marry Gao Fushuai, but also to see that he is not happy with you.
3, yuan / m2 / 100lx
Obviously, when buying a lamp, buying a luminous flux is not enough. You need to buy a useful luminous flux, which can usually be measured by illuminance. We may wish to refer to the indicator of economic evaluation /m2/100lx as the cost index. This is an indicator of the economics of the luminaire from the design level and is suitable for specific lighting design projects.
The purchased luminaire, whether its luminous flux is useful, depends on itself: the light distribution, and the second depends on the designer's design: whether it is suitable to use it in the right place.
Returning to the power density method to estimate the budget, the power density in the above table is replaced by a representation method, which has a silk A: 10W/m2500lx=2W/m2/100lx, Gao Fushuai: 10W/m2300lx=3.3W/m2/100lx .
Then combined with price and power, the cost index of silk A is 800 yuan 40W2W / m2 / 100lx = 40 yuan / m2 / 100lx, the cost index of Gao Fu Shuai B is 1600 yuan 40W3.3W / m2 / 100lx = 132 yuan / m2 / 100lx .
We have said that each luminaire has an index in the functional application, and there is a cost index corresponding to it! As long as there is the price, power and light distribution data of the luminaire (the power density can be calculated).
According to the cost index of the luminaire, we can get the cost of the project's luminaires, and at the same time compare which kind of luminaires are more economical. We may wish to refer to this kind of lighting cost estimation and economic evaluation method as the lighting cost method.
How to use the lighting cost method to estimate the project cost?
Try it out: Suppose there is a 6000m2 office space, you need to reach the illumination of 500lx. When the space height is 3m, the index of the silk A is 40 yuan / m2 / 100lx, the index of Gao Fu Shuai B is 132 yuan / m2 / 100lx .
When using the silk A, the project costs 40 yuan / m2 / 100l x 6000m2500lx = 1.2 million; when using Gao Fu Shuai B, the project costs 132 yuan / m2 / 100lx6000m2500lx = 3.96 million. Of course, all the figures are only examples, and the gap caused by the actual situation should not be so big.
For owners and designers, where you need to evenly illuminate, when you compare the economics of the two lamps, you can use the lighting cost method. For manufacturers, when the owner does not consider the lighting quality and other factors and pay attention to economy, your product is really good, but when the price is relatively high, you may wish to change the idea of finding the index and cost index of the lamp, using the lamp cost method to compare For the analysis, it may be possible to pull back a city.
