Due to the complex structure of the fuel injection pump and the rigorous process, corrections must be sent to the test bench and commissioned by a full-time staff. The fuel injector is simple in structure and can be debugged on an easy-to-operate fuel injector corrector, and many primary repair units or individual users have purchased it themselves.

Debugging fuel injectors seems to be easy. If they cannot be operated correctly, it is difficult to restore their proper technical performance. The function of the fuel injector is to atomize the high-pressure diesel oil sent from the fuel injection pump into fine particles and spray it into the combustion chamber to form a good combustible mixture with the air, so that it can be fully burned and the diesel engine emits its proper power. When debugging fuel injectors, they generally only pay attention to the atomization quality and fuel injection pressure of the fuel injection, but often neglect the failure of the oil-injection head (oil seepage) and the amount of oil return (excess leakage). Soon after the installation of such injectors, they cannot continue to work normally. For this purpose, the commissioning injectors should be carried out in strict accordance with the following steps.

Pull the handle until the pressure of the corrector is 1 ZMPa lower than the rated pressure of the injector, and keep it above 105. At this time, the nozzle hole should be clean and oil-free. If there is leakage or oil dripping phenomenon, it indicates that the conical sealing surface of the needle valve is not strict, and the diesel oil leaks out under high pressure (also called forward seepage). If this type of injector is installed, the accumulated oil that is exuded will be burned and charred by the high-temperature gas in the cylinder, and will accumulate more and more, resulting in poor atomization of the fuel injection and easy ablation of the needle valve coupling. The needle valve coupling should be removed and the sealing cone must be ground. If necessary, replace with a new one.
