Dagang Oil Production Plant Low-energy oil well with exclusive electric pump

According to the characteristics of low-energy wells, the No. 1 Oil Production Plant of Dagang Oilfield is equipped with an “exclusive” electric pump, a linear motor submersible pump. This technology enables the production of 3.85 cubic meters per day in the well 71in1 well at low energy, with a pump efficiency of 98.2% and a daily output of 1.62 tons.

Wells like the Bin 71x1 well have nearly 100 wells in the No. 1 Oil Production Plant in Dagang Oilfield. Due to poor liquid supply capacity, low-energy and low-efficiency wells often result in the failure of normal pumping. The low yield and difficulty in mining also make it a “chicken rib” in oil field development. To this end, process technicians at Dagang No. 1 Oil Production Plant actively adjusted their thinking, starting with improved oil extraction pumps, and introducing the linear motor submersible pump technology that was specifically adapted to the production of low-energy wells.

The linear motor submersible pump technology is a linear motor unit consisting of a linear motor and a submerged pump, which is brought to the top of the production reservoir. The displacement of the submersible pump can automatically adjust the operation displacement according to the amount of the formation fluid, and effectively solve the effect of lack of fluid in the formation on the pump. This technology also has the characteristics of low energy consumption, high pump efficiency, eccentric wear without rods, and no air lock.
