Brisbane Airport has partnered with International Telecommunication Union ("SITA") and Air New Zealand for the first time in Australia to test face recognition technology to change the future of travel.
The new SITA Smart Path â„¢ leverages state-of-the-art biometric technology that allows travelers to provide personal details when checking in at the airport kiosk check-in, use the automatic gate when boarding and validate with face recognition technology Complete boarding.
Brisbane Airport is Australia's first airport to use SITA biometrics.
