Used to install rollers. The types of racks are hanging and floor type. The floor type is divided into fixed and detachable. The fixed type is used for the main transportation roadway or permanent laying place, and the detachable mobile type is used for the working surface transportation roadway.
2. Roller
The role of the roller is to support the conveyor belt so that the drape of the conveyor belt does not exceed the requirements to ensure smooth running of the conveyor belt. According to the purpose, there are groove type roller, parallel roller, V-shaped roller, buffer roller, deep groove roller and pitch roller.
(1) Groove type idler. It is used to support heavy conveyor belts and generally consists of 3 or more rollers.
(2) Flat rollers and V-shaped rollers. The flat roller is used to support the empty conveyor belt, and the spacing of each roller is generally 3m. The V-shaped idler has an anti-deviation effect. Generally, a V-shaped idler is placed on a plurality of parallel idlers, and the grooved idler is generally 10°.
(3) Buffer roller. It is installed in the installation of the conveyor to cushion the impact of the load on the conveyor and install a flame-retardant rubber ring on the outside of the pipe.
(4) Deep grooved idler. It is used for large angle belt conveyor with inclination angle of about 25 °C. It supports heavy-duty conveyor belt and is usually double-row 4-roller structure.
(5) Adjusting the idler roller. The heavy-duty section generally places a set of rotary trough-shaped deflection rollers every 10 sets of upper rollers, and a set of rotary flat-shaped deflection rollers are placed every 6 to 10 sets of lower rollers in the empty section.
3. Soft starter
The function of the soft start device is to make the belt conveyor start smoothly, reduce the impact of the starting current on the power grid, and reduce the mechanical vibration caused by the starting force to the load.
1 Pressure regulation starts. Generally, the method of thyristor three-phase AC voltage regulation is adopted, and the purpose of voltage regulation and speed regulation is achieved.
2 Frequency control is achieved by changing the power supply frequency of the stator to change the speed of the motor.
(2) Hydraulic speed control type. The hydraulic speed control type mainly consists of a hydraulic coupler, an electric actuator, a thin oil lubrication device and a fuel tank.

4. Brake device
Braking device function: normal shutdown, that is, the conveyor can reliably brake the conveyor when it is parked under no-load or full-load conditions; second, emergency shutdown, that is, when the conveyor is not working properly or an emergency occurs, the conveyor The machine performs emergency braking.
The brake device is divided into a brake and a backstop according to the nature of the work. The former is used for parking the conveyor. The latter is used for the upper transporter to reverse when it is stopped.
(1) Brake. Brake shoes brakes and disc brakes.
1 brake shoe brake. A motor hydraulic push rod brake is usually used, which is mounted on the brake axle of the input shaft of the reducer. After the brake shoe brake is energized, the electric fluid drive pushes the release brake, and the spring brakes when the power is lost.
2 disc brakes. A set of brakes mounted on the second, third or output shaft of the reducer. The disc brake consists of a brake disc, a brake brake and a hydraulic system. By adjusting the control current of the electro-hydraulic proportional valve of the hydraulic control system, the system pressure can be adjusted to adjust the braking force of the brake device.
(2) Backstop. Rolling backstop and non-contact backstop.
1 Roll backstop. It consists of a star wheel, a fixed ferrule, a roller and a spring pin. The star wheel is mounted on the shaft of the reducer at a low speed away from the drive roller, which is aligned with the drum, and the fixed ring is fixed on the foundation.
2 Non-contact backstop. The new type of backstop developed from the wedge oversized clutch has a large backstop torque and is mounted on the high speed shaft of the speed reducer, mainly composed of inner ring, wedge and outer ring.
5. Tightening device
Ensure that the conveyor belt has sufficient tension to generate sufficient frictional traction between the drive roller and the conveyor belt, limit the sag of the conveyor belt between the rollers, and enable the conveyor to operate normally.
(1) Fixed tensioning device.
1 Spiral tensioning device. The stroke is small, only suitable for conveyors with a length less than 80m and low power.
2 Heavy hammer tensioning device. The weight of the weight is used to generate the tension and ensure that the belt has a constant tension under various working conditions, which can automatically compensate for the elongation change of the conveyor belt caused by temperature changes and wear.
3 Secure the winch tensioning device. There are only electric winches and common force measuring mechanisms, and there is no monitoring device.
(2) Automatic tensioning device.
1 Automatic hydraulic winch tensioning device. Hydraulic winches, tensioning sensors and electrical controls (using PLC control) work together to adjust the traction required for starting, running, braking and slipping.
2 Automatic electric winch tensioning device.
