500MHz Superconducting Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectrometer Launched

The 500MHz superconducting nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer of China National Institute of Food and Drug Control (hereinafter referred to as “China Inspection and Quarantine”) has been installed and commissioned, and is officially put into operation by the Analytical Test Room of the Institute of Standards and Standards of China Inspection and Design Institute. This is the first superconducting NMR spectrometer equipped by China's drug inspection agency. It fills the gap in the provision of nuclear magnetic resonance testing instruments for domestic legal drug inspection agencies.

Superconducting NMR spectrometer is mainly used for structural determination, qualitative and quantitative analysis and molecular-molecular interaction analysis of organic molecules. It is widely used in the detection of chemical drugs, biological products, and polymer materials. The current editions of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia, the European Pharmacopoeia, the United States Pharmacopoeia, and the Japanese Pharmacopoeia have all included nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and the specific varieties used for standard testing. The nuclear magnetic spectrometer equipped by the Central Inspection Institute uses a standard cavity superconducting super-shielded magnet, equipped with a nuclear magnetic autosampler, gradient field, and temperature change unit. The detection unit is equipped with a normal-phase broadband probe and three-resonance high-resolution magic angle. HRMAS probes, liquid-phase flow probes, and LC-SPE-NMR instruments can be used to complete 1H, 13C, APT, and heteronuclear spectra (19F, 31P, etc.) and 2D for liquid and solid samples. Spectral, liquid chromatography, and other nuclear magnetic resonance testing and a variety of high temperature and low temperature nuclear magnetic resonance experiment. At present, the analysis and testing room has completed the quantitative analysis of nuclear magnetics of some chemical drugs and reference materials, and established a number of nuclear magnetic quantitative detection methods and internal standards, which laid the foundation for satisfying the requirements of inspection and testing and carrying out cooperative research.
