Hong Kong State Group's second phase of 4 million tons of brown coal positioning dry distillation project started construction. The project is located in the coal chemical industry park in the city of Hollingur, with a planned investment of 650 million yuan. It mainly produces dry-cut lignite and coal tar. After the project is put into production, it can handle more than 4 million tons of lignite, annual output of light coal tar more than 80,000 tons, annual sales income of 1.5 billion yuan, and profits and taxes of 450 million yuan. Its 1 million tons project was completed and put into production at the end of 2011.
According to reports, Hong Kong State Group has the world's leading lignite positioning retorting platform. The 3100 kcal calorific value of brown coal can be upgraded to 5070 calories, and 30% of lignite can be extracted and recycled. At the same time, coal pressing is adopted to solve the problem of coal dust pollution.
